Health Coaching isn’t just about losing weight…

Did you know that there are 8 dimensions of well-being, all interconnected together that affect one’s overall health?

I didn’t, either. In fact, I struggled with and sometimes continue to struggle with finding balance in all eight dimensions. And that’s completely okay. Sometimes we neglect one area to focus on another.

As a behavior and health coach, I work with individuals who are in transitional moments of their lives. They may come to me because they are going through a big change in their lives, looking to get healthier, looking to change bad habits, or to increase more positive behaviors in their daily lives. Coaching is about helping you create moments in your life, happy moments. Ones that you can look back on and go "Yes, I did that!" Using behavior analysis and acceptance and commitment training, I help you do just that!

I can help you navigate the priorities in your life. In our sessions, we focus on what your values are, what struggles you are facing, and how we can focus on your behaviors to address those struggles. You may already have a plan in mind and just need some extra assistance in getting organized. Or maybe, you come with a completely blank slate and no idea where to start. Our sessions are structured to your needs.

    Our personal training package includes 1x weekly or twice weekly meetings where we focus heavily on your physical and nutritional health. We determine and work on the physical and nutritional goals that matter most to you.

  • Behavior and Life Coaching- $50/session

    Looking to make a big change in your life? Maybe you’re needing more organization, or struggling with changing your own behaviors to manage the stressors life brings. Our behavior coaching sessions focus on using behavior strategies and ACT strategies to manage and maintain those changes long-term.

  • Bariatric Coaching Package- $200/month

    Have you decided to take the step towards bariatric surgery? I’ve been there myself. Now 1.5 years post-op, I’m down 150lbs, living my best life, being more active, and able to do more things with my daughter. Our bariatric package includes required insurance coaching visits, personal training, and nutrition coaching consults.
