Frequently asked questions.

Do you take insurance?

Depending on the services you are requesting, insurance may cover some of the costs! BCBA consultation, treatment, and parent training can be covered to a certain age (usually 18-21) if you or your child has an Autism diagnosis. However, our reamining services are self-pay. Insurance superbills can be provided, but costs may not be covered. If you don’t have insurance, contact me for self-pay options.

I am currently in-network with the following insurances with more yet to come!

  • Anthem BCBS

  • Cigna/Evernorth

  • Aetna

  • Medicaid

I am currently out of network but can take the following insurances!

  • Humana (Tricare East)

  • PeachState

Where are your services offered?

Depending on location, all services can be offered in-person or via telehealth.

Do you do applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy?

Short answer, yes! I am a credentialed behavior analyst who is qualified to provide ABA therapy and parent training. However, I don’t use the typical ABA therapy model, and I don’t provide direct 1:1 therapy any longer. Instead, I take a reformed and trauma-informed approach to coaching and consultation that focuses on consent, assent, and self-advocacy. I work with individuals, schools, and business owners providing services that fit your needs!

What areas in wellness and behavior coaching do you do?

There are many different populations and areas of wellness and behavior coaching I work with. I have over 4 years of experience in parent training and coaching. I have also worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, bullying, and negative self-thoughts. I can work with adult individuals, couples, teens, children! I use principles of behavior analysis, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and social-emotional learning to work with all population ages and diagnoses.

Can you work with my child in their school?

Well, it depends! I have worked in schools before directly with children, as well as provided schools and teachers with classroom management training. In each of these cases, I had to be invited in. Oftentimes schools employ their own behavior analysts to work with your child. Check with your school district to see what services are available. I am always happy to consult for the IEP team or with the school should there be a need!
